What is an Indigo?

An indigo is an individual that possesses a high capacity for empathy, sensitivity to suffering, high-level insight, and an innate desire to help others. Although indigos typically face internal struggles and a limited sense of belonging in early life, they harness their gift through healing, self-regulation, and mindful self-compassion. Awakening the gift of the indigo is a transformation process I hope to share with the world.

Approach

Therapy is more than a prescriptive and clinical process. It is a wholehearted commitment to growth and healing that opens the door to self-compassion and emotional fortitude. It requires us to embrace vulnerability and imperfection, to sit with and process our challenging feelings, and to explore our shadow selves. By tapping into our innate intuition and higher self, we develop the capacity for unconditional self-love and authenticity. In addition to supporting clients’ unique goals, I strive to foster each individual's sense of unconditional self-love and authenticity.
